Anything that’s human is mentionable,
and anything that is mentionable
can be more manageable

Therapy with Me

I offer 50-minute sessions, usually once a week at the same time, for as long as feels helpful to you.

No two clients are alike, and your issues will be completely personal to your own experience and background. Together, we can find out what is challenging for you, try to understand why, and wonder what to do to make things better for you.

My agenda is your agenda. If you don’t have one, that’s fine; we’ll work it out together.

Every client teaches me something new. Below is a list of some of the areas which my experience, clients or training have helped me to work with.

Between stimulus and response there is a space.
In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
